Pensacola Grand Hotel - Historic Downtown

Its staff and rooms were perfect, and for us everything was great.

The stay here was very nice, loved the hotel, it was spotless with optimal location so close to historic downtown, restaurants, the motorway. Staff were dedicated and enthusiastic, everything was ideal. There also was discounted parking and great pool.

The room is very specious, and the staff is fabulous. Perfect location not too far away from a Vietnam Veterans memorial.

The property needs to be updated.

The hotel was cool and clean in a pretty nice area. We had a brand-new room with magnificent views. The central location and accommodating staff were the highlight of this great stay.

incredible staff and rooms, i loved to be here. exceptional view of sea. variety of options for breakfast including coffee, hot waffles, eggs, fresh fruit and tea. it was a secluded hotel perfectly set in the historic area. also, i was 15 minutes by walk from pensacola museum of art.

Staff was genuinely friendly, pool area was good, and breakfast was great! The bar area was excellent, I loved it. I would recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to stay.

It was good value, practical and updated room. The made to order breakfast was outstanding and plentiful, had eggs, pastries, fresh fruit, bacon and cheese.

Outstanding place to visit after the tiring trip. Lots of supplies in the room : Wi-Fi, TV and armchairs. All facilities where clean too. This hotel was set in a touristic area.

Had warm stay overall, really cute place and the weather was fine. Great bedrooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. Even though it had not very nice views, its bathroom was luxurious.

I have just returned from a really enjoyable stay in this lounge hotel, nice size rooms. Big enough suite and really comfortable bed. Incredibly comfortable location to a public bayside park.

Where was coffee?.

Very tidy & spacious enough venue, stunning views. They made my stay luxury. The beds were comfortable enough, I slept well. Food was tasty with plenty of options. Pool was heated and there was an outstanding restaurant on site. Also, free wifi worked in public areas.

Restful stay in this hotel. The place is 0.9 miles away from Pensacola downtown. We booked king room and appreciated it👍😃

We really loved this place. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was big.

Beds were uncomfortable.

great place for a 3-night stay. city view was a bonus. central heating, a personal safe and a small fridge in the room were a nice touch. a wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like hot spot barbecue that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Extremely great bed. The building was unique.

Honestly no reason to complain. The setting was a few steps away from everything we wanted to visit, like Museum of Commerce.

Veterans Memorial Park was reachable within a 10-minute walk. We strongly recommend, maybe to friends...
